Assessments
TenX Strategies starts by conducting a comprehensive assessment of your organization’s ability to Go Big! We look at the strength of your brand and your current marketing and fundraising strategies. Then, we work closely with you to identify areas for improvement and develop a customized plan to help you achieve your goals. Assessments typically take 3-4 weeks to complete, and we’ll lay out a comprehensive strategic fundraising plan upon completion. Then, we can work with you to move your goals into place and evaluate your progress.
Training and Coaching
After completing an assessment, and once we’ve worked through your customized strategic fundraising plan, TenX Strategies offers three- and six-month programs to continue your organization’s journey toward transformation. We offer a half or full day of training for key leadership and staff, tied to the assessment’s recommendations. We also offer master class coaching for select groups and one-on-one coaching for key staff.
